Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions and the return address in Brisbane, Australia.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Refunds will cover the product value only, not shipping fees.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

If damage occurred during delivery, please take photos or videos showing the parcel and item upon receipt.
Keep the box and packaging, as they may be required by Australia Post for investigation.
We’ll do our best to make things right — whether by replacement, store credit, or refund.
