Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you need to adjust your shipping method or correct an address, we’re here to help — just contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Responsibilities & Limitations
We strive for everything to go smoothly, but some factors are beyond our control. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for:
- Delays or errors caused by Australia Post
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Parcels damaged during transit
- Packages that cannot be delivered to PO Boxes
- Parcels stolen after delivery confirmation
Even though we cannot take responsibility for these situations, we will always be available to assist you, guide you on next steps, and do everything within our reach to support you.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in your inbox. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
